I know some like that too, and they end up losing the rest of the family, or have people who won't enroll their young kids because of this.
Think about it.......you got a family with 3 kids (not all that common these days) but once the oldest starts school, the entire family goes to a new daycare center.........now you have 3 slots to fill.
