When I was a kid we sang it 'itsy bitsy' but I notice now kids are being taught to sing it 'eensy-weensy' (I actually find it annoying). We did an experament in one of my CD classes and the teacher had us sing 'eensy weensy' instead of 'itsy bitsy' and less than 1/2 the class participated and most people admitted that the main reason was just that change in the words; some also didn't sing because they were taught to sing it in Spanish not in English.
