I have had clients before that I have offered to help them out with the rate while looking for work...they were extremely grateful for it and stayed with me.. when they got back on their feet I even got a nice bonus out of it.
and every year for Christmas I look forward to what I get in my Christmas card from them.
I try to go above and beyond for families you KNOW are worth it.
