I had this problem with one of my dcks. She had some medical issues and had a pic line in her arm at first then her chest. She could not be submerged in water so parents had to do sponge baths. They got very lax with them and after a while dcg was showing up with ring around the collar and she got stinky. I had to have quite a few chats after I couldn't take being within a few feet of her. Its pretty bad when you have to tell mom and dad to bath their child
