Wow. One of my former dck's did this. I asked dcm to mention it to the doctor, but doc said no worries. A year later, doc said they needed to cast him repeatedly to fix the muscles. One got lengthened, and one shortened by the tiptoe walking. Casting didn't work either, and they ended up using botox in his muscles, which sounded scary but it did work.
