Mine aren't eaters either. I serve mostly organic food also and I try not to stress about it. At my house lunch/dinner is the same so theres a designated spot for any leftovers
plus my own children usually eat well.
The thing that really bugs me is...take two bites of an apple throw it out and ask for another....grrr
