I teach kids if they hear an alarm they MUST look at me and do everything what I ask them . It is fun for them. I ask them to hop/sit/stump/clap/make a circle/ make a line/march/ tiptoe/run/....
I know I can take them out of house in a couple of minutes. Assistant's responsibility is to grab kids cloth if possible and take it out.
