Wow. I'd be letting them go asap. But it sounds like you work in a center and that's not your call.
I really believe administrators/directors of centers should choose to let dcfs go that don't follow rules. I know it's not always that simple but they should support their employees more. Teachers/directors, etc. all seem to let too much go and parents are not held as accountable as they should be.
