I always do a visual insoection of the equipment and surrounding area but I have to admit that don't always do a heat check every single time
I typically only check it based on the temperature outside BUT from now on I will check every time!
I agree that when the sh.. hits the fan and the mom buys a vowel (I love that!) she will no longer be on the same team as the provider.
I still can't believe 163 degrees! That's insane!!!
