A favorite of my kids' is cheesy chicken wild rice casserole. I think it is actually soup but it is so thick and creamy so I never view it as soup. It is chicken breast, wild rice, carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, and lots of cheese! Yum! My kids love wild rice!
