Although this link is about Ireland, I feel it will happen here after the speech at 3 today.
We have friends in Oklahoma that work with the CDC. They called us last night warning us of the announcement coming today. Told us to go get groceries but said they couldn't tell us what would be said, just to prepare! 
It didn't say anything about closing grocery stores.
