but also, keep on eye on his other milestones. There is always that possibility that there is a special needs issue going on....another reason why he may not be active or may not be connecting to other kids his age. I would absolutely keep a close eye on him....especially if there are other delays, he is not showing a curious nature as is common with toddlers or if he is not connecting with other people/kids. just something to keep in mind.
