Can you find another center to work at? Is it feasible to be legally unlicensed and do it in your own home?
I've got nothing else.
It's a hard enough job to do as it is but everybody needs their morale boosted to keep at it and it doesn't sound like you have that from anyone at work. No inspiration. No kind words. No support.
