My menu being a month in advance allows for supply purchase and prep in advance. I cook and freeze in bulk so that I don't have to cook during the work week. I have a large deep freezer, plus two regular refrigerator/freezers.

I get to enjoy my breaks and at the end of the day I just close the daycare door and my family dinner is waiting as well.

I used to hate the hectic schedule of the school/work week...so I found a workable solution.
Wow, I wish I could be this organized. I try to plan atleast a week in advance but that doesn't happen sometimes.
