Eager to Learn is also a great source of online training. Most of theirs are longer in length and way more in depth. They include weekly online live chats and message board discussions so you get the added bonus of learning with others who are in the same field and in the trenches with you plus the instructors are also either in the trenches or usually have been in some capacity.
Since I am legally unlicensed, I don't have to do trainings. I choose to because I believe that more knowledge helps more than it hurts. Of course I want to do trainings that will help me in areas I feel lacking. Thanks for all the great info!
