I too prefer Sam's Club when buying for daycare. Buying in bulk is a great way to keep items on hand. I am not a big fan of our Walmart due to many reasons, especially the fact of uncleanliness. Target has good prices on some of their larger quantity items. Price shop is the best way to go about it.
