Our child is no longer in this daycare ...it is at home with a lady who comes to our home and we are so much happier. The daycare was reported, although we did not report them ...(someone else did), the owner thought it was our family and basically stated the child would be happier somewhere else and you know what? The child is not only happier but the whole family is estatic the baby does not have to go back to that daycare. We know from experience that things are not always as they appear at daycare. I hope our family never has to use a daycare center again it was a very bad experience.
