We've never had this problem before and therefore, we don't really have a well established policy for it.

I was wondering what you do with kids that say things like this? We are at a loss.

Thanks!
What does the Director say to do?

I would have a NO TOLERANCE policy for this type of behavior.

zero tolerance

Kids talking like that need to be stopped, by the parents, or they need to go.
My grandmother always told us that words like that are used by those not educated or smart enough to use proper words.

Appearing "cool" in front of friends never sounded very appealing when those same words meant I was not so smart so I opted to go with grandma's advice as a kid and never developed the bad habit of using that type of language.
