I really don't see a problem with having a pool at a home that is used as a daycare, so long as caution is taken, and you are responsible. I actually have a pool at my home, but I take measures to ensure that the kids never have access to it. I feel that there is already way to much government interference as it is, I think people should be allowed to make their own decisions.
