I'm in CA and have that letter. Licensing has asked for providers to test the site and offer feedback before they announce it to the public. I think it's a good thing as long as they include the report online for viewing. Simply stating "class A violation" doesn't fly with me. You could get a class A for leaving a steak knife out within reach or for having a dead battery on your smoke alarm. I think parents would want to know what the citation was for.
