No it is up to them to police themselves. Times change and we must change with them. If there is an inexpensive way to protect children then we should ask for it. As a parent I understand their are certain limitations but for a facilty that generates over $1.5 million in fees a year I don't think $1000 is asking too much. And I am currently looking as well as other parents in our group.
