Then that is def a problem... I guess you would have to base your decision on your comfort level there. If you LOVE him being there and love the place itself AND trust the director to do what needs to be done then maybe it is worth trying. I would also make a habit of doing drop ins randomly. You could also call your liscenseing agency (if you need help finding it post where you are and someone will help) to see what the regs are in your area.
