Also you might want to add that should you need to hire a sub for any reason that parents are still required to pay their regular fees.
Under no show, I put that I need notification as soon as possible if they know in advance a child will not be coming. I also said I would charge a $10 no show/call fee if they don't inform me withing 30 min of the child's normal drop off time.
Under child illness and vacations, I put that in the event their child is sick and needs to miss a day, to please call one hour before regular drop off/arrival time and if notice is not given they will be charged the no show fee.
Is that what you are referring to? Does that make sense?
