CCvillage have them online. They are inexpensive, but you still have to print things, or gather materials.

I used High Reach for one year. It's very expensive, but it was good. HOWEVER, it's not open ended. It's a cut and paste worksheet, and then the book it comes with tells you what you need to buy. I kept each unit, to revisit, but I can't say I thought it was that great, or fun. I don't feel like the kids were interested in the units.
