Their dog tries to jump in dcf's cars, tries to come in our house, jumps on everybody who comes here. Everyone is afraid they are going to run her over. She was inches away from getting run over by a bus this morning.

Ugh!! Sorry the burden is on you to pay for fencing but in the long run it'll be safer for the kiddos too. Plus it's deductible for a business expense. Still $ucks tho.
My 2 dogs are the only 2 on my street who aren't allowed to run amok. The others are okay about staying near their own yards but they tend to roam sometimes. One of my neighbors' backyard seems to have become the neighborhood pooping spot for the roamers.
