Fast and easy, and one of our favorite lunches!

2 bags of frozen stir-fry veggies (I find mine that even have rice in the bag)
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
chicken (canned, frozen already cooked, whatever)
olive oil
soy sauce

Pour a couple tablespoons of olive oil into a large frying pan/wok. Add chicken (if frozen/raw). When chicken is cooked, add bags of veggies and can of pineapple. Sprinkle liberally with soy sauce. Cook until nice and hot.

A complete meal, all at once. Mmm...most of my daycare kids, even the picky ones, gobble this up.
