How is it satisfactory to use unsafe sleep practices? And the outdoor thing really bothers me. They only take them outside when they're in containment devices, so they get no free play. They go from strapped in the stroller, to strapped in a swing or high chair, to strapped in their pack and play! How the hell is this place still operating?
I don't know. Only one provider was put on a safety plan. Others were "retrained" by the next day.
Corrective Action: One staff was put on a safety plan. Staff are being retrained. 09/11/2018
