I've heard McDonalds used in that comparison so many times. My own dd even used to say she'd never work there as in it's a lowly job.
*I* couldn't work there because I couldn't handle everyone barking orders, the stress, facing customers, and my memory is horrible along with my hearing. Every single job needs its own qualifications and I respect each person's job. Most of them I could not do.
Ya know what? I'll bet every one(or 99%) of the population complain at one time or another about the job they do or people they encounter.
