Exactly! Or that each group of children will be different from another group, since each
child is different, meaning each daycare or preschool will be different in the way things are done. Just curious, can you say which polices weren't being followed? Just wondering if there's certain policies that most people have trouble following, or if it's just the fact that it's a "rule" and they think rules do not apply to them, unless it's convenient for them.
