I've tweaked a recipe to be whole grain and low sugar....and they are DELICIOUS!!!


100% Whole Grain Banana Muffins
3 ripe mashed bananas
1 egg
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oatmeal (oldfashioned)

Mix bananas, sugar, melted butter, and oats in bowl. Let sit for about 30 min to soften the oats. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased muffin pan at 350F for about 20 min. Makes 12.
