For bottles for infants I usually ask them to bring one or two to just leave here, same with a pacifier.

[] Pacifiers
[X] Sippy cups
[X] regular (assigned) cups
[X] Plates/bowls
[X] Utinsils (forks, spoons, sporks)
[] Infant formula
[] Baby cereal/baby food (under a year)
[X] Regular meals/snacks for children over 1 year
[X-have backup enough for everyone but require parents to bring a set as well] Back up clothes (bought by you, donated to your program, or lost n' found)
[X] General medicines (Tyonal, Benedryl, baby ibeprophen... but don't administer without written permission)
[] Diapers
[] Pull-ups
[x] Wipes
[x] Diaper creams/ointments/ powder
[x] Potty training seat
[x] Training potty
[] Sunblock
[x] Car seat (if you transport)
[x] Booster seat (if you transport)
[x] Stollers
[x] Nap mats/cots
[x] Personal blankets (for nap)
[x] Personal pillows (for nap)
[x] Curriculum/ lession plans
