I have a licensed, home based child day care in Torrance, CA, but we are planning to move. I would like to rent the house with the daycare. It’s a 3 bed/2 bath, 1,600 sq f newly remodeled house with a large back yard. It has new washer, dryer, gas range, refrigerator and dishwasher. All toys and children furniture will be included.
