....just a thought, but have you tried rewarding her for going so many hours or dys WITHOUT complaining? Nothing worse than listening to a kid who believes she/he is bored and whines about it all day.... 
All of the big kids have punch cards (just something I printed and use a hole punch for). If they get all 5 punches, they pick out of the prize box on Friday. She doesn't even care, or try to earn them at all. "My Mom will buy me better stuff than that this weekend."
My dcb goes nuts when he gets a punch, because then Mom rewards him with computer time (15minutes) at home. It is his only screen time. So atleast it works for him! He's an angel!
