At the time it worked for me and I do not provide full time care anyway. I had a little girl half days 5 days a week, her brother two half days a week and then a sibling set full days 2-3 days a week and another sibling set 2 days a week. Plus my own daughter at home. I had 7 kids in total.
Due to the fact that I only do part time I can be much more flexible with schedules. One thing I will never do again is drop in because they take up a full time spot for half the pay.
