OK.....I am taking the plunge this year. I like the fees can be based on pick up time with five dollar increments for every 15 minutes. I will have almost or all teachers kids. If they have a meeting after work and they will pick up later then their pick up time… I will charge five dollars an hour for that. It will have to be pre-arranged. If they don’t arrange it ahead of time then the dollar a minute late fee will apply. I am so over having teachers kids here for 10 hours a day! So they have a choice… They can choose the 10 hours a day and pay more or they can choose an earlier time making a lighter afternoon for me or maybe even off early!

Does this sound like a good plan?
