We have quiet time from 1 to 3. I'd say at least once a week we eat lunch early 11:30 instead of 12 and naptime starts by 12:30p. Even then, they all nap until 3 if it stays quiet enough. (When the hubby is home, his dog is home and she's rather a LOUD yapper

I usually transition the littles to this afternoon only napping schedule NLT 15 months.
