But the end justifies the means.
It will give "them" (universal school advocates) the stats needed to push the agenda. The "problem" has to reach over the middle class income gap to get votes.
Maybe the OPTION of public school through college is a great one for some families. I just don't think it should be mandatory. After all, having kids is not mandatory.
