Any advice for getting a 16 month old to stop licking everything? She’s not even really licking as much as just hanging out her tongue and resting it on everything she picks up. Teething is one thing, but this is just strange...and icky!

I’ve been just taking away the item and telling her not to do it, but the next item goes right to her tongue. It’s an all day battle! Should I just let her hold on to a select item to tongue all day?
