Welcome to the forum! I hope you find some answers here - lots of good ideas.

I'm not as experienced as many here, but I know with my own and now the dck ADHD children, I had to work on TEACHING them to be quiet. I found it could be taught, but like anything else, took patience and perseverence. I started out with 5 min. quiet activities and worked my way up over months to 1/2 hour and even 1 hour of quiet activities. I made it a part of my curriculum to "teach quietness".
