I wonder too. I am RARELY sick and I have even had a few daycare kids that have come to daycare full time for almost 5 years now and only have 1-2 sick days over those 5 years....and it isn't because I am lenient with my sick policies, because I am NOT.

IMPO, I think daycare helps kids build up immunities to fight off illnesses.
