I tell parents straight up the only time they are judged in my house/daycare is when they DON'T step up and discipline/redirect their child.


For me the biggest headache in this profession is the 3 different definitions of what this job really is:

My perspective is VERY different than DHS's perspective and parent's perspective is an even different one.

If those three viewpoints could find some common ground this job wouldn't be so (fill in the blank).
