I tell parents straight up the only time they are judged in my house/daycare is when they DON'T step up and discipline/redirect their child.
For me the biggest headache in this profession is the 3 different definitions of what this job really is:
My perspective is VERY different than DHS's perspective and parent's perspective is an even different one.
If those three viewpoints could find some common ground this job wouldn't be so (
fill in the blank).
