I am also confused as to what legal action you could possibly want to be taking. Did you prepay for a bunch of weeks and you are trying to get money back? Is she still expecting you to pay for services she can’t give? I’m confused to where the issue is and I am thinking we need more information. She can’t help it that her health declined and it isn’t her job to help you find alternative care. If she physically can’t work end of story no matter what her policy says.
