It is a QRIS thing for home providers here. I solved it by having parents take home the coats the kids wear enroute here (most simply use blankets for car rides) and I use the coats/hats that stay here. They are laundered daily with nap linens and play clothes. Really easy.
Most providers have extra large cubbies/lockers so that nobody's belongings touch. I don't have a large enough foyer for that. This was not a regulation when I purchased my home so I could not plan in advance for it.
