I agree with this suggestion 100%. We can only multi-task so much. Let the parents take responsibility for getting their kid ready. I would hope that they understand that you can't leave all of the other kids while you get one of them ready to go.
And yet, some of the parents will stand there making cooing noises at their 2yo's while they can clearly hear that I have a crying/fussy baby in the next room that I need to get to!!!! GRRR!
