I don't care what the teacher's relationship is with the child's mother and as for retaliation against your child? I'd make sure this teacher knows that if I witness or even suspect she is physically harming another child I would call the police immediately!! 
So then how do you approach this? Because I wanted to leave a voicemail for the director or send her an email. I can't lie and say I'm comfortable telling her face to face. Which is odd because I didn't do anything wrong
