Thanks! For once I don't feel bad about enforcing policies! It's a good feeling.
I hope others can learn from my mistakes and know that it does get better if you stick to your policies even from day 1. (In my case I had to enforce my late policy with 2 new families both on day 2. So far they have been super punctual since then.)
I'm thinking chocolate chip cookies later.
