He was not even technically qualified for his own job, his education degree is in Spanish & PE. They just saw the Education part and just gave it to him. He's been "winging it" ever since. I've been asked numerous of times to substitute for Child Watch & do art classes based merely on the fact that I work with kids. It's just how this YMCA works.
He's on vacation this week, ironically. I'm awaiting his return for him to tell me he's leaving (try to act shocked) and then i'll throw my hat in. I mean, at least I can try!
