The thought has crossed my mind; but all of this is a recent development, so it is a definite consideration (though a huge hassel to move them elsewhere...finding spots for 2 at once is never easy).
As a daycare provider, I am self-employed. If I am following my state's regulations, I can set my own policies. My daycare parents are not my employers.
