I would definitely remind DCG EVERYTIME she coughs to cover her mouth/nose with her arm. Once a child is constantly to they will eventually begin to do it. My 3 year old even can do it! I would tell the offending parent also that they need to remind her to do this so she doesn't spread germs. Good luck!
