One of my all time quick, easy, and favorite lunches is a pork roast that I put on low in the slow cooker overnight with onion soup mix, butter, garlic powder, and ground black pepper. I toss some baby red potatoes and baby carrots in the steamer pan and some biscuits or crescent rolls in the oven and voila! Lunch is served

I also love doing French bread pizzas: I take a loaf of French bread for $1. Cut it lenthwise. Melt butter and add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parsley and spread on the cut part. Bake for a few minutes. Add pizza toppings ( turkey pepperoni and mozzarella cheese for us). Bake until cheese is melted. Boom! Kids LOVE it... Especially with ranch dip
